We're here to help! To request a refund or exchange, you must contact us by email at and provide the reason for your return or exchange along with your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email.


Our Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

* You will need to send a photo of the item(s) you purchased.

Defective Items

If your product has arrived and it is defective and/or not working properly, please contact our customer service via email at and we will either provide you with a 100% full refund or exchange your product for you.

* You will need to send a video of defect of the item(s) you purchased.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-7 days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days since the delivery date. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will send you a return label.

Order Cancellation 

If you decide to cancel your order before your order has departed from our shipping hub, you will be eligible for a full refund. if you cancel your order after your order has been shipped, you will receive 60% from the total amount you payed.  


To return your product, please email us at and request a return label. We cover return shipping costs only in the case of sending the wrong or defective product. If that does not apply to you, you must pay the shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
